Michelle Mansfield-Hom (Bouquet of Basil herbals) would be opening this event explaining ethical foraging and how to make juniper smudging stick bundle. Summer Crider will be leading a Nature Therapy walk, which includes a 2.5 hour session focusing on Nature Connection. This involves doing forest breathing (breathwork), connecting to your senses, doing some invitations that deepens the connection, and sharing our experiences during a tea ceremony at the end. Tea is locally harvested and blended by a certified Deaf Herbalist, Bouquet of Basil herbals.
This is a special event offered by Michelle Mansfield-Hom, certified herbalist, and Summer Crider of the Giving Cypress, a Deaf and queer-owned Nature Therapy business.
Exact meeting location will be shared in a later email, but most likely front gate area of the park. We will make our juniper bundles and then walk through the nature areas, and end our session with a tea ceremony.
More information and details will be sent via email.
