Join me and Keri Brooks (@deafsoulyoga) from Deaf Soul Yoga, for a magical and healing gathering including some yoga and Forest Bathing Experience in beautiful St. Augustine Beach.
Imagine ending your Saturday in tranquility, surrounded by the beauty of nature. A chance to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect with yourself among other sign language users. 🌿🌊 You'll benefit from this healing technique of "Forest Bathing".
