What The Giving Cypress will present about:
"Getting Access to Healing through Nature & Forest Therapy"
This workshop will explore the many ways we experience barriers in our ability to connect with Nature- and how to work on a personal, community, and systematic level. This includes improvements for self-advocacy, self-care, and working together as an community in both human and nature environments. Great for both deaf individuals and those working with Deaf/DeafBlind/DeafDisabled/Hard of hearing community.
We will have nature and Forest Therapy invitations where participants can experience a moment of connection with the Natural world outside. Possibilities of nature journaling with focus on how they can deepen their connection with self and other humans and the Natural world.
